Kate embodies fitness. Fans and admirers alike marvel at her dedication to her daily fitness regimen. Her youthful look and strength are a testament of how much she takes care of herself. I once teased her on twitter that she inspires and shames me at the same time. I have heard people cite her as a perfect example of the good impacts of exercise on the body and emotion. She will be shocked to find out how many people she has influenced to take their health and exercises more seriously.
